Services and Scope

VPNYet provides network connectivity through subscriptions and client apps, with coverage across 100+ countries and 180+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Available routes, client access requirements, and subscription status are shown in the user panel.

This service provides network transmission paths; it does not provide accounts, content, or usage authorization for third-party websites. Access to a third-party service remains subject to its regional policies, account eligibility, and operating status. Check the requirements of each service before use.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not resell, rent, publicly post, or share your account, subscription, or connection access with others. There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This is for your own use across multiple devices and does not permit distributing the service to others.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check the plan, data allowance, and amount before paying. After payment, confirm the order and subscription status in the user panel. If your credentials or subscription link are exposed, change your password promptly, reset the subscription using the panel tools, and check your connection activity.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and to your use of the service. You must not use this service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include fraud, unauthorized access to another person’s systems, distributing malicious software, sending abusive messages, infringing intellectual property or another person’s privacy, or disrupting the network or other users’ normal use.

You are responsible for the content you access, your account activity, and your transmissions, and must follow the rules of any platforms you access. Network connectivity does not authorize unlawful activity or actions without permission.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, device configuration, route maintenance, upstream network changes, and third-party service policies. VPNYet does not guarantee connectivity in every region or at all times, nor does it guarantee continuous access to specific websites, a fixed speed, or a particular access outcome.

If you experience an issue, first check your subscription status, update the route, and review your client configuration. If the issue persists, describe it in a support ticket. Please redact passwords, subscription links, and sensitive payment information before submitting materials. VPNYet follows a no-logs policy. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

For interruptions caused by factors outside this service’s control, VPNYet will provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be waived under applicable law, or affect rights you have under the law.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, log in to the user panel and explain your request in a support ticket, including order details that can help us verify it. You do not need to explain why you are stopping use of the service.

VPNYet will verify the date of your first payment, order, and payment details, then provide the outcome through the ticket. If more information is needed, follow the instructions in the ticket. The time for a refund to reach you depends on the payment provider; no fixed processing time is promised in these terms. Account restrictions or changes to these terms do not alter refund terms that already apply.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share access, attack the service, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, VPNYet may restrict the relevant connection, suspend your account, or terminate the service. VPNYet may also take necessary protective measures if an account security risk is identified. If you disagree with an action, you may request a review through a panel ticket.

When service rules change, VPNYet will update the date and terms on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes must comply with applicable law and will not retroactively reduce refund rights that already apply. Review updated terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and ask about the handling of your existing subscription through a support ticket.
